SOME LAZIO PLAYERS PLAN TO MOVE AWAY

According to the lazioland.com, Lazio may have as many as 11 players who could be available for transfer this summer. Lazio have been trying to thin their over-populated squad for a few years now, and according to today's reports, a whole number of players could be on their way out.

First Fernando Muslera. The player's agent, Fonseca, has already confirmed that he will not renew his contract in Rome and the player seems to be close to Galatasaray as part of a deal which will see Lorik Cana move in the other direction.

Stephan Lichtsteiner is widely expected to move to Juventus as the player has a minimum release clause in his contract for 12 million Euros. Also Manchester City are interested in the Swiss.

Perhaps surprisingly we see Stefano Mauri on the Corriere's list. The midfielder was key to Lazio's success this year but with his agent mouthing of possible unhappiness at his clients treatment from fans a possible move to Zenith or Inter may be on the cards.

Sergio Floccari is expected to make way after Lazio manage to complete their transfer of German international Miroslav Klose. No concrete offers are on the table yet for the Calabrian.

Pasquale Foggia has attracted the interest of Cesena. The Neopolitan has been in the reserves almost all season in Rome and seems that this summer he will be willing to accept a move away.

The others on the list seem to be Javier Garrido, who could move back to Spain, Maurad Meghni who hasn't played in more than a year, Luciano Zauri, Stephen Makinwa and Juan Carrizo.

Finally Francelino Matuzalem is wanted by Catania as a possible replacement for Carboni.
