- According to Turkish media, Medyaspor, an agreement has finally been reached between Lazio and Galatasaray for Lorik Cana. The midfielder has been linked to Lazio for several months and negotiations between the clubs has been ongoing. it seems that Lazio has struck a deal to bring Cana to Rome on loan with an option to buy for 5 million Euros.
- Palermo President Zamparini responded to reports linking Pinilla to Lazio, "No, we will not give Pinilla away. He and Hernandez will be our strike force for next season." When he was asked whether Lotito's attempts could persuade him differently, Zamparini was firm, "Even if he offered me Hernanes in exchange, I would not accept."
- Brazilian giants Corinthians have rumoured to be in contact with Andre Dias' agent Rinaldi to start an effort to bring the Brazilian back home. This was the news that came out of Brazil yesterday.
