LORIK CANA WANTS TO MOVE TO LAZIO

Lorik Cana is declaring himself to be a laziale and has requested the no. 19 shirt while Lazio's Director of Sport, Igli Tare, is in Milan to complete the deal for Senad Lulic.

It has been an eventful few days for laziali as their preparations for next season gather pace. Both Cana and Lulic have been close to Lazio all week with Genoa's transfer guru, Stefano Capozucca announcng that Lazio had agreed terms with Young Boys Senad Lulic and with Cana's official Facebook page practically confirming that the Albanian international is now with Lazio.

Neither deal is official but in the last 48 hours, Lazio and Galatasaray have reached an agreement for Cana. It is believed that Lazio will loan the player for a season and have an option to buy him outright for a sum of five million euro. The deal for Lulic is said to be simpler; a permanent move for a fee of three million euro.

Cana has told Facebook that he wants the no. 19 shirt and that he has already taken steps to learn the Italian language. Barring no last-minute hitches, Lulic is set to be unveiled in two weeks time, after he is free from international duty with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
